This Cash Back Programme is applicable to only Najm Visa Credit Cards issued in the UAE.

This Programme is valid only for International spends (spends made in foreign currency – non UAE Dirhams) made by the Cardholder using his/her Najm Visa credit card between 1 July 2010 and 15 September 2010. Transactions made by supplementary cardholders overseas, if any, are also eligible for this Programme. Transactions made in United Arab Emirates Dirham will not be eligible for cash back in this Programme.

The transactions that qualify include retail transactions, ATM withdrawals and online purchases in non-UAE Dirham currency on Najm Visa Credit Card between and including 01 Jul to 15 September 2010.

The maximum Cash Back amount granted is Two thousand UAE Dirham (AED 2000) per principal customer per calendar month. Cash back will be calculated on the dirham value of the transaction after converting the foreign currency transaction into dirham as per the applicable currency conversion rate. The Cash Back is calculated on overseas transactions made by the Cardholder using his/her Najm Visa credit card.

The Cash Back will be credited to the customer’s credit card account in UAE dirham once every calendar month, at least sixty (60) days after the transaction date.

The Cardholder’s Najm Visa Credit Card should be active without any incidence of late payment or over limit from the start of this Programme.

Any disputed purchase transactions, reversals and/or refunds will not be applicable for this Programme.

MAF Finance LLC reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the Cardholder. Any such amendments or supplements shall be provided on the website: www.najmcards.net

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the standard credit card Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

In no event shall MAF Finance LLC, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this Programme.

MAF Finance LLC does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this Programme and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same.

MAF Finance LLC shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this Programme as a result of any Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MAF Finance including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental  or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, MAF Finance LLC’s obligations to the Cardholder shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice.

This Programme is only valid for Najm Visa Credit Cardholder for all transactions using his/her Najm Visa credit card between 1 July 2010 and 15 September 2010. Transactions made by supplementary cardholders, if any, are also eligible for this Programme.

The transactions that qualify include domestic and international retail transactions, ATM withdrawals and online on Najm Visa Credit Card between and including 01 Jul to 15 September 2010.

No cash refund will be given for any Daily Draw Prize (referred to as the “Prizes")

MAF Finance LLC may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any Prize with any other prize of equivalent value

Each Prize winner will only be eligible to win ONE Prize within the Qualifying Period.

The Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.

MAF Finance LLC will notify the winning customer by a telephone call and the winners are required to personally claim their respective Prize within 1 month from notifying the winner by phone ("Claim Period"). Any Prize not claimed within the Claim Period will be irrevocably forfeited without any liability on the part of MAF Finance LLC.

The Prizes will be delivered at MAF Finance LLC premises after Customer authentication, during the Claim Period.

Winners whose Prize has been forfeited are not entitled to any payment or compensation from MAF Finance LLC.

The winner shall collect the Prize at their own risk and cost and shall accept the Prize as they are.

If MAF Finance LLC subsequently discovers that a winner is in fact not entitled to participate in the Daily win an iPad Draw, MAF Finance LLC may at its sole discretion forfeit the Prize (or reclaim the same if awarded) and award or dispose it in such manner and to such person as MAF Finance LLC deems fit.

MAF Finance LLC shall not be responsible for proper functioning of the Prize or any warranties/ guarantees that come with the Prize.

The decision of MAF Finance LLC on all matters relating to or in connection with the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all parties concerned (including all Customers).

MAF Finance LLC shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any Najm Visa Cardholder or any other person on any matter concerning the Daily Draws.

MAF Finance LLC may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary modify, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue the Daily Draw at any time without notice or liability to any Najm Credit Cardholder.

MAF Finance LLC shall not be liable in any way to any Najm Visa Credit Cardholder for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Daily Draws, including any error in computing, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice that is misdirected or lost in post.

MAF Finance LLC shall not be liable in any way to any Customer for any loss or damage arising due to the quality of the Prizes.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, MAF Finance LLC reserves the right to end or suspend the Daily Draw; amend these Terms and Conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.

By participating in this draw all Customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
